Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erection

MCMW Steel Erectors is a PEMB erection contractor that assembles owner- or supplier-furnished pre-engineered metal building packages. We install the framing and agreed roof, wall, insulation, trim, and dry-in components to the approved drawings. MCMW can arrange building supply through trusted manufacturer partners separately from erection; we do not independently manufacture, fabricate, or engineer the packages.

MCMW welcomes smaller PEMB projects, including garages, shops, barns, additions, roofing, wall-panel, insulation, gutter, and snow-retention scopes, alongside larger commercial erection work.

Our PEMB Capabilities

We work with General Contractors and owners to take delivery of PEMB packages and turn them into finished structures. Our process includes:

• Unloading and staging materials for efficient assembly
• Primary framing erection (columns and rafters)
• Secondary framing (girts, purlins, eave struts)
• Sheeting and insulation installation
• Trim and flashing completion

Connections, bracing, and component placement are reviewed against the manufacturer-furnished drawings for the specific building package.

What We Need Before Erection

A useful project review includes the building drawings, package supplier, dimensions, delivery timing, site location, foundation status, access, and requested erection scope. The owner or general contractor coordinates foundations, site access, material delivery, and other trades unless those items are expressly included.
