For General Contractors

Bid documents, schedule milestones, and trade handoffs for project teams.

Bid and Site Coordination

As a general contractor, you need a clear scope, realistic schedule, and defined handoffs between trades. MCMW reviews drawings and project conditions before agreeing to the installation work and mobilization plan.

How We Partner

  • Schedule Adherence: We know the framing dictates the dry-in date. We show up when scheduled and drive the pace.
  • Site Management: We manage our own staging, rigging, and shake-out effectively, staying out of the way of concurrent site work where possible.
  • Problem Solving: When plans and field reality clash, we communicate clearly and raise field issues with the engineer or design team for their decision.

We handle the heavy lifting, specialized connections, and high-elevation work so your framing crews can focus on what they do best.

Information for Bid and Mobilization Review

Send current drawings, specifications, addenda, bid date, building supplier, delivery sequence, foundation status, crane and lift assumptions, site logistics, enclosure scope, schedule milestones, and required closeout documentation. We clarify responsibility for engineering, fabrication, concrete, corrections, openings, sealants, equipment, and adjacent trades before work begins.

For crew scope and site requirements, review our metal building erection services; separate structural steel and commercial building scopes have their own details. MCMW evaluates bid invitations across Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.
